Early 1998, a group of Breakers/Hip Hoppers involved in teaching and performing, got together to discuss their feelings about changes within Hip-Hop culture & the new generation.

A 'Breakers Union', will help protect teachers and performers from being exploited and underpaid. BU is about positive Hip Hop, especially Street & Break - dance. "It's not a crew it's what we do."
